Sam is a mother of three
boys and has always had a passion for photography. She was given the
opportunity to photograph several births - and with very happy
clients, her business was born in the intimate and beautiful art of
pregnancy, birth and newborn photography.
Sam has attended waterbirths,
inductions and natural births, however she is happy to photograph
any birth including caesareans. You will need to get your doctors
approval for caesarean photography.

How It
Works
It's so important to get to meet your birth photographer before the
birth, so you can discuss your needs and preferences for what will
be photographed, as well as to build rapport and understanding
between one another. For this reason Sam meets all clients
(including the partner) for a pre-natal visit. She also offers the
opportunity for a pregnancy photography session in your home or
nearby (at additional cost).
Sam will then be on call until the birth and will attend when you
are in established labour and will photograph until the birth is
over and the baby has had it's first feed.
After the birth, Sam will begin post-production
editing of all the images from the birth. She will then copy them
onto CD and post it to you via registered post for your own private
use, so you can keep the images you want and simply delete the ones
you don't want.
Sam uses a high quality digital camera meaning no third-party
developing or processing is required, so your privacy is maintained
at all times.

1. Basic - $395
1 Pre-natal visit, 1 hour in length

3. Platinum - $595

* Excess:
Births which require attendance for
longer than 12 hours will be subject to an excess of $100, which you
can discuss prior to the birth.
Payment
To book Sam's photography services, 50% of the total fee will be
payable upon booking, with the remaining 50% payable after the birth
or session
(plus an excess or extra services if applicable). You can pay by
credit card or bank deposit. Please

Locations
Sam will happily travel to the CBD, Eastern and South Eastern
suburbs for home, hospital or birth centre births.
